Introduction to the Ascend™ /Ascent™ Course and Expectations

The information in this introduction will help prepare you for your new future as a Corporate Flight Attendant and to be prepared for your time in training with us. All information is meant to put you in a good position to accept your new role with proper expectations and with real-world hands-on experience including visiting and familiarization an actual private jet.

It is vitally important that you be mentally prepared to enter into the Luxury and Business aviation industry. Impeccable service standards, poise, professionalism and safety is a requirement as well as sticking to strict schedules. There is very little tolerance for being late, distractions or being unprofessional. Without apology, we will adhere to the schedule and expect our students to adhere to the same standards as expected in the industry. This ensures that you understand that compliance is key to not only survive but thrive.

Attached you will find:

  • The Ascend™ – Ascent 110% Flight Attendant Certification Course Curriculum- You will be able to complete the required online lessons at your leisure within 3 weeks prior to attending 3 day training/final exam. You will be able to choose from two class times at the end of the month to attend in person.
  • We recommend that you set aside a few hours every evening to spend time learning each lesson. Some lessons are short and you may be able to get through several and a few are over an hour to cover very important details. All course sections will have comprehensive quizzes of which all of the questions will also be on the final of 100 questions.
  • All courses and quizzes must be completed in order. The curriculum has been carefully curated to first learn the industry, policies and why’s then to apply what you learn so that it makes sense and being a professional corporate flight attendant is fluid.
  • Non-Disclosure/Disclaimer/Liability forms for you to review and sign
  • You must complete the online lessons prior to attending the 3 day in person Proficiency Training at the facility.
  • You must complete the courses and attend the in person training and test within the same month or you will have to start over again. In other words, if you signed up to attend in April, your online required lessons, videos and paperwork must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival at our training facility to complete your course. You will not be able to pass the final exam, and risk having to be reschedule if you miss a course or any required lessons or any portion of a day of training. You will be required to pay an additional $500 to retake the course in a subsequent month. No exceptions. No refunds for any reason.
  • You are required to attend the in person proficiency demonstration in person followed by the final exam. You will have two options at the end of the month.
  • You are required to have a passport to be a flight attendant. If your passport is expected to expire in the next 6 months, we highly suggest that you start the process of renewal to avoid any lapse. Not having a passport or an expired passport will prevent you from flying. Should you happen to fly to an international destination and/or return to the US, you may face penalties and fines.

3 Day In-Class Proficiency demonstration will include:
